Customized Cheese Tastings (10 - 50 guests)
This customized tasting offering includes four cheeses with the option to add paired wine, beer or cider (or a combination). We will lead you through a tasting that includes cheese culture, history, science, regions, terroir and cheesemaking based on a theme of your choice (e.g., women producers or American cheesemakers). Package includes accompaniments such as bread and crackers, dried and fresh fruit, and nuts, as well as a customized tasting placemat.
Full beverage pairing: $135/pp + tax | Two beverages only: $110/pp + tax Cheeses and accompaniments only (no beverages): $85/pp + tax
On-site Customized Cheese Grazing Table (40+ guests)
Tablescape of cheese, charcuterie and accompaniments beautifully installed on your table. Please allow at least three hours for installation. Optional staffing during event to provide light education/information to guests as they select their cheeses.

Raclette Party (20+ guests)
Raclette is a famous Swiss cheese that is melted on site using a tabletop lamp. We'll bring the lamp, cured meats, pickles, sliced bread and other traditional accompaniments, and melt some gooey cheese over your guests' plates just as they're ready to enjoy it. Wine pairings also available.

Cheese Tablescapes/ On-Site Catering
Go big or go home! We'll install a huge cheese board right onto a table, perfect for large gatherings for an unforgettable wow factor. And with Bloomy's selections, it will taste AND look incredible. Optional on-site staffing to guide guests through selections during the event.
Cheesetending Services
Picture a bar, but with cheese. We'll bring the cheese selections and portion them out perfectly for your guests to enjoy. They’ll create their own cheese tasting plate with accompaniments and optional wine pairings.

Wine & Cheese Cocktail Parties
Unlimited cheese, charcuterie with accompaniments, and open bar of up to three wine options or a mix of wine, beer, and cider. We'll work with you on a theme for cheese selections that will delight your guests and provide educational talking points about the offerings.
