We’ll spend the evening in Saint George’s vibey Wine Attic. Saint George will provide a four-course meal that provides the backdrop for an exploration of some of the wines and cheeses we’re most excited about right now. Through a guided wine and cheese tasting that punctuates each course, we will pair iconic European wines with artisan American cheeses inspired by those wines’ regions.
